Sedat Triko owes its leader position since 1987 and being always in a respective position in the sector to the responsibility it has to its customers and employees. Management through processes is dominant as Sedat Triko. Each work carried out in Sedat Trio is considered as a process. Each process has an owner and more than one practitioner. All employees are qualified persons in their areas and they are supported with continuous trainings.

Our defined processes are monitored via a special production software from the negotiating phase of the order until its shipping. From placing the order to yarn purchasing and shipping, all stages are defined and traceable. Sedat Triko which works with barcode system moves with quality control principle at all stages.
