We are able to manufacture tricot knitwear with Protti machines in different fines. With knitting and sewing quality, products are served both to various domestic brands and as special export products

Collards and Bands

We make production of collar, arm, skirt and waist bands which can be used in all kinds of garments by using 7,12,16,16 fine Protti machines. Our products can be used as accessorize for all kinds of garments such as t-shirts, sweat shirts, coat, cardigan, trousers, jackets and denim. The machines can be used with all kinds of yarn types solely and together with other yarn types. We can provided %200 stretching and recovery in lycra products. All processes during raw material-semi finished goods are monitored.

Heading Tape and Rubber

Heading tapes and rubbers which are produced in cutting edge technology machines can be used with all kinds of products. We can work all types such as straight, jacquard, raw and coloured.

StripesThe manufacturing of the stripes which are sewed onto the track suits or sweat shirts are made in our facility.

Our products which are mainly for active sports are manufactured in various machine groups. We are able work in one or multi-colour.

WINDING
(Intersia stripe) It is a narrow knitting machine operates in knitting system. It is mainly preferred for the stripes to be used at knitting products. Adjacent stripes in different colours are possible.

RECHEL
Stripes for the garments made from Rachel and knitting fabric are manufactured in these machines. Production in these machines can be performed either on single or double plate. No touting after washing as it can stretch in the same direction as the rachel fabrics. Multi coloured stripes can be made by making applying more than one colour adjacently.

CordThe manufacturing all kinds of cords such needle cords, cords without needle, tres are made in our facility.

It is a popular department with quality control at all stages, customized production in special colours and quality. Along with the needle cords, we can also produce straight, flat and circular cords in tres machines.

TippingWe perform acetate tipping and other tipping applications at our facility.

We perform tipping for all kinds of cord heads such as acetate tipping, written printed tipping and metal tipping. Since we apply special techniques for preventing the opening of the heads on the cords which are applied tipping and our speciality on the permanent printing on acetate, we serve to many brands worldwide.
